cxbd Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cxbd platform and all services operated by cxbd. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and cxbd.

By accessing the cxbd website and mobile application, registering, or using the services in any way, you are fully and unconditionally accepting these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms have been prepared in English for players from Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation of the cxbd authority shall be considered final.

2.1 Age Requirement

To register on the cxbd platform and use its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. We take a firm stance against gaming by minors. Providing false information about your age may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

2.2 Registration Process

It is the responsibility of each user to register with accurate and complete information. At the time of registration, you will be required to provide the following:

2.3 One Account Policy

cxbd may request completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time. This may involve requesting a copy of your national ID card, passport, or birth certificate, as well as mobile banking details. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

3.3 Account Closure and Voluntary Exclusion

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. A self-exclusion option is also available under the Responsible Gaming section.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at cxbd is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum limit for all methods at the time of deposit is the same — ৳300.

Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be added to the account balance. cxbd does not accept deposits from third-party payment systems or accounts operated in someone else's name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit and to the same mobile banking number.

4.3 Withdrawal Approval Conditions

Before processing a withdrawal request, cxbd reserves the right to verify the following:

• Whether the account's full KYC verification has been completed
• Whether the wagering requirements for any applicable bonus have been met
• Whether any active investigation is ongoing on the account
• The validity and ownership of the payment method

4.4 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, please contact the support team to ensure no funds have been deducted from your account. cxbd is not liable for any failed transactions but will assist in resolving the issue.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This means if you deposit ৳10,000, you will receive an additional ৳12,000 as a bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳12,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳180,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own applicable terms, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• If a bonus is used fraudulently, it will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.
• cxbd reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• A user cannot claim the same bonus more than once.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.4 VIP Program

The cxbd VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Moving to a higher level unlocks weekly cashback benefits — starting from 0.3% at the Bronze level up to 1.5% at the Diamond level. Detailed terms for VIP benefits will be communicated separately.

6.1 Software and Technology

6.2 Bet and Wager Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cxbd platform. Violating these rules will result in immediate account suspension or closure, and all deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts
• Using a third party's account or accessing someone else's account
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods
• Using automated software or bots
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in game code or attempting to hack
• Harassing or insulting other players or staff
• Registering with false information or obstructing the verification process

10.4 Force Majeure

cxbd is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government orders, cyber attacks, or any other unforeseen circumstances, and any obligations under these Terms may be temporarily suspended.

11.1 Right to Change Terms

cxbd reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11.2 Right to Close an Account

cxbd reserves the right to close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing a false identity or information
• Account inactive for an extended period
• Direction from authorities or legal requirement

11.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between cxbd and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. Please contact the support team and clearly describe the details of the dispute. The decision of cxbd will be considered final in all cases.
